We’re pleased to provide glowing service to all our Wholesale clients, offering bulk discounts and on-time delivery, plus equipment consultation and servicing. Below you’ll find the rules, regulations and special privileges that come with West End Wholesale client status. We hope to be serving you soon. Freshness First: Lots of roasters sell pre-roasted coffee. But not West End Coffee. We’re committed to freshness, which is why we package and often deliver our toasty beans within hours of roasting. Wholesale Account Terms: At West End Coffee, the Wholesale Coffee Account terms are simple. Any pending, new or existing commercial food or beverage business qualifies. Just fill out and turn in your application. And we accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Approval Process: After processing your application, we’ll send your West End Wholesale Login information via email. After receiving, you’ll be free to peruse our wholesale coffee prices and place orders. Contract-Free Zone: You wouldn’t reap the financial benefits offered by participation in West End’s wholesale coffee program if we condemned you to buying and using only our specialty brewing equipment. So, we don’t. Use your own equipment. But if you’d like suggestions on equipment for purchase, just give us a call, we’ll be happy to help. Order with Ease: To thank you for your wholesale business, we at West End Coffee try to make ordering as convenient as possible. You may, therefore, place your order 24 hours a day via faxing, our website interface, or by email. You may also call in your order during our normal business hours. Customizable Order Forms: Our newest wholesale perk - customizable order forms. Just create your own online, then email or fax them in each week. It’s easy and saves you time. Customizable Order Form Templates will be available for personalization July 1, 2007. Free Shipping: Orders of 25 lbs or more within the continental U.S. get free shipping. 100 lb Discount: As you might expect, we can’t promise free freight on particularly large orders. However, we do appreciate your business and therefore provide a 10% discount off orders of 100 lbs or more. Fair Trade Certified™: West End Coffee is a Fair Trade-certified roastery. That means that we offer coffee beans that have been farmed and prepared for a fair wage. It’s not uncommon for families across Latin America, Africa and Asia to be severely underpaid for their coffee-growing efforts, leading to poor quality of life in their communities. When you buy fair trade, you take a stand against such treatment. Just look for the Fair Trade logo on coffee packaging.
